Billing questions

Can I pay with an international card?
Yes. Paystack accepts Visa, Mastercard and Verve cards issued anywhere in the world. Choose the currency you want to be charged in above.
What happens when I cancel?
Renewal stops immediately and Pro runs to the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account moves to Free. Your documents stay, published links go private.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial. Build a complete CV, use the AI tools within the daily allowance, and export it, all without a card. Pro unlocks the full template catalogue, publishing, and the heavier AI features the moment you pay, and you can cancel any time.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Cancel the current subscription and start the other one. If you pay while paid time is still left, the new period starts after it ends, so nothing you paid for is lost.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't working and we can't fix it, email support@mycv.name.ng within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you.
