Billing questions

How does the Single CV payment work?
You can draft, preview, and refine your CV for free using every template and our AI polish tools. When you download, you pay ₦1,000 once and get that CV as one PDF and one Word (.docx) file. LaTeX export is included with Pro. Edits after a download are still free to preview; the next download is another payment. Pro includes unlimited downloads for the month you paid for.
What is included in the Pro subscription?
Pro unlocks unlimited CV documents and downloads, Word (.docx) and LaTeX (.tex) export, JSON CV backups, the five Pro-exclusive designs, the application tracker with follow-up reminders, interview prep with practice scoring, the Career Kit (LinkedIn copy, recruiter and follow-up messages), one-click conversion for UK, Canada, US or Gulf applications, weekly job alerts, publishing your CV to a public web link (mycv.name.ng/cv/your-name), custom domains, live job searching, version history, and 150 daily AI actions.
Can I pay with an international card?
Yes. Paystack accepts Visa, Mastercard and Verve cards issued anywhere in the world. Choose your currency from the dropdown above.
What happens when I cancel Pro?
Renewal stops immediately and Pro stays active until the end of your paid billing period. After that, each download is ₦1,000 again unless you resubscribe. Your applications board and saved prep stay on your account; job alerts pause until Pro is active again.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't working and we can't fix it, email support@mycv.name.ng within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you.
